What principles do we follow?

Independence is a key asset for us. Our company is and will remain in family-owned. For the Hotz family, a sale and the associated loss of independence are outside the scope of all agenda items.

Our actions are characterized by transparency and cost efficiency, anti-cyclicality, long-term orientation, sustainability and continuity. Anchored in our DNA, these principles embody the foundation of our consistently quality-oriented investment policy.

What is the current supervisory framework?

Since June 2023, we have been licensed by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) as asset manager for collective assets (Art. 24 FINIG).

In the event of differences of opinion with our company, our clients have the option of requesting mediation proceedings with our ombudsman SCAI.
